摘要
目的 Mini-CEX评估(Mini-Clinical Evaluation Exercise迷你临床演练评估)目前在临床各科实践技能考评中得到推广,本文就其在中医儿科医学人文教育中的应用进行探讨,为培养高素质的中医儿科人才发现新举措。方法以多手段联合,针对临床实践毕业实习医师给予Min-CEX评估,月初与月末分别进行,最后做总体评价,以9分制为计分标准。结果回收Mini-CEX考评表共58份,回收率96.7%,学生在"人文关怀"的成绩有明显的提高,但综合能力需要进一步加强,并适当放宽实习时间。结论将Mini-CEX引入医学人文教育,有效带动了专业实习和教育方式的改革,使教学手段多样化、也更灵活。
Objective Assessment of Mini-CEX gained popularity in the evaluation of practical skills of clinic departments currently.In this paper, we will study its application in humanistic education of pediatrics of TCM, in order to find new measures to cultivate the qualified talents in the area of pediatrics of TCM. Methods We will give Mini-CEX evaluation to the graduation interns in clinic practice by multiple means. Doing this at the beginning and at the end of the month, finally doing an overall evaluation, and taking nine-points system as a scoring standard. Results Getting back 58 copies of Mini-CEX assessment list, the recovery rate was 96.7%.There has an obvious increase in " human care", but need to further strengthen the comprehensive ability, and appropriate to relax the internship time. Conclusion The introduction of Mini-CEX to medical humanistic education has led to effictive reform of professional practice and education ways, which make teaching methods more diversified and flexible.
