中药复方颗粒辨证治疗抑郁症的疗效对比 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察逍遥散、归脾汤、血府逐瘀汤治疗抑郁症的疗效、安全性,并比较这三个方剂治疗抑郁症疗效差异。方法采用ICD-10抑郁发作的标准诊断抑郁症,并根据中医证候标准进行辨证分型,肝郁脾虚证、心脾两虚证、气滞血瘀证组分别给予逍遥散、归脾汤、血府逐瘀汤治疗,疗程12周,分别在基线、第2、4、8、12周观察各组中医症状、HAMD评分、药物安全性。结果各证型治疗12周后中医总有效率为91.03%,3组间疗效无显著差异;治疗期间,不良事件出现较少。结论逍遥散、归脾汤、血府逐瘀汤治疗抑郁症具有较好的疗效,且疗效相当,服药后安全性较好,患者依从性较高。 Objective To observe the effect and safety of Xiaoyao powder, Guipi pecoction and Xuefu Zhuyu decoction in the treat-ment of depression, and to compare the curative effect difference among the three prescription. Methods Using the standard ICD-10 depressive episode, carrying on the syndrome differentiation type according to TCM syndrome, syndrome of stagnation of liver qi and spleen deficiency group, syndrome of deficiency of both heart and spleen group and syndrome of qi stagnation and blood stasis group was treated with Xiaoyao powder, Guipi decoction and Xuefu Zhuyu decoction, respectively. The treatment course was 12 weeks. At baseline, second, fourth, eighth and twelfth week, the traditional Chinese medicine symptoms, HAMD score and drug safety were ob-served. Results After 12 weeks' of treatment, the total effective rate was 91.03%, and there was no significant difference between the three groups. There were less adverse events in the treatment period. Conclusion Xiaoyao powder, Guipi decoction and Xuefu Zhuyu decoction in the treatment of depression has good curative effect, and the curative effect is similar. Drug safety is good, and the pa-tient's compliance is higher.
