中西医结合治疗脑梗死19例

Therapy of Integrated Medicine in the Treatment of Cerebral Infarction for 19 Cases

目的观察分析中西医结合治疗脑梗死的临床疗效。方法选取于2014年8月—2015年9月就诊的脑梗死患者38例,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各19例,对照组患者采用常规西药进行治疗,在对照组患者的基础上,观察组患者加用补阳还五汤,分析比较2组患者的临床疗效、症状改善和恢复时间等。结果治疗后,观察组患者基本痊愈的患者5例,显效8例,有效5例,无效1例,总有效率为94.74%;对照组患者基本痊愈的患者2例,显效3例,有效8例,无效6例,总有效率为68.42%。2组患者总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义（χ^2=4.378,P=0.036）。观察组患者的症状改善时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义（t=-4.814,P〈0.001）;观察组患者的恢复时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义（t=-5.080,P〈0.001）。结论补阳还五汤联合常规西药治疗脑梗死的临床效果更好,有效缩短了患者的症状改善时间和恢复时间。

Objective To observe and analyze the clinical curative effect of therapy of integrated medicine in the treatment of cerebral infarction. Methods Selecting 38 cases of cerebral infarction patients in our hospital from August 2014 to September 2015, they were divided into observation group and control group, with 19 cases in each group. The control group was treated by routine Western medicine treatment. On the basis of the control group, the observation group was given Buyang Huanwu decoction. The clinical effect,symptom improvement and recovery time of the two groups were analyzed and compared. Results After treatment, in the observation group, 5 cases were cured, 8 cases were markedly effective, 5 cases were effective, one case was ineffective, and the total effective rate was 94.74%. In control group, 2 cases were cured, 3 cases were markedly effective, 8 cases were effective, 6 cases were ineffec-tive, and the total effective rate was 68.42%. The total effective rate of the two groups was compared, and the difference was statisti-cally significant（ χ^2= 4.378, P = 0.036）. The improvement time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（ t = 4.814, P〈0.001）. The recovery time the observation group was much shorter than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（ t = 5.080, P〈0.001）. Conclusion Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with conventional Western medicine in the treatment of cerebral infarction is better, effectively shorten the symptoms improvement time and recovery time.
