摘要
根据中医"异病同治"辨证论治基本原则扩大经方"补中益气汤"的临床应用范围。探究妇科临床常见疾病,其主病,主症及病位虽各不相同,但出现了脾胃虚弱,中气不足之证候,则都可以使用补中益气法治疗。补中益气汤的加减应用,符合中医"治病必求于本"的基础理论。
According to basic principles of treating different diseases with same method on syndrome differentiation, the clinical ap-plication ranof Buzhong Yiqi decoction was explored. The clinical application range was expanded. Common gynecological diseases were discussed. The main disease, main symptoms and disease location are not identical, but the emergence of the weakness of the spleen and stomach, deficiency of qi in middle Jiao syndrome, Buzhong Yiqi treatment can be used. Application of modified Buzhong Yiqi decoction is accord with the basic theory of TCM ＂ searching for the primary cause of disease in treatment＂.
