二仙汤治疗脾肾阳虚型卵巢早衰28例

Erxian Decoction in the Treatment of Premature Ovarian Failure of Yang Deficiency of both Spleen and Kidney for 28 Cases

目的探讨二仙汤治疗56例脾肾阳虚型卵巢早衰的临床疗效。方法收集脾肾阳虚型卵巢早衰患者56例,随机分为试验组和对照组,各28例。对照组给予人工周期疗法,试验组给予口服二仙汤进行治疗。治疗结束后,比较患者促卵泡素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E2)水平。结果治疗前相比,治疗后患者FSH、LH水平降低(P<0.05),E2水平升高(P<0.05);与对照组比较,试验组患者FSH、LH水平较低(P<0.05),E2水平较高(P<0.05)。结论二仙汤治疗56例脾肾阳虚型卵巢早衰的临床疗效显著,能够下调FSH、LH水平,上调E2水平。

Objective To study the clinical curative effect of Erxian decoction in the treatment of premature ovarian failure of yang deficiency of both spleen and kidney. Methods Collecting 56 cases of patients with premature ovarian failure of yang deficiency of both spleen and kidney, they were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 28 cases in each group. The control group was given artificial cycle therapy. The treatment group was given oral Erxian decoction. After treatment, the follicle stimulating hormone（FSH）, luteinizing hormone（LH） and estradiol（E2） levels were compared. Results Comparing with before treatment, the FSH and LH levels after treatment declined（P〈0.05）, and E2 levels increased（P〈0.05）. Comparing with the control group, the experimental group patients had a relatively low level of FSH and LH（ P〈0.05）, and had higher E2level（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Erxian decoction in the treatment of premature ovarian failure of yang deficiency of both spleen and kidney has signifi-cantly clinical curative effect, can decrease FSH and LH level, and increase E2 levels.
