摘要 Tim家族是一类主要表达于CD4^+T细胞表面的新型免疫球蛋白黏蛋白域家族,其中Tim-1、Tim-3是重要成员,在调控T细胞亚群Th1、Th2、Th17、Treg细胞分化、增殖中发挥重要作用,并参与多种血液系统疾病的发病。
