神经根封闭术定位腰椎责任间隙效果分析

The Effectiveness Analysis of Nerve Root Block in Locking the Responsible Segment of Lumbar

摘要 目的:分析神经根封闭术在责任间隙不明确腰椎间盘突出症中应用效果.方法:将我科2015年1月-2015年12月收治28例责任间隙不明确腰椎间盘突出症病例,行神经根封闭术后进行手术治疗,并利用统计学方法分析效果.结果:28例在神经根封闭定位后进行手术治疗,手术前后效果统计学分析具有意义.结论:在腰椎间盘突出症患者中责任间隙不明确情况下,应用神经根封闭术可以有效确定责任间隙,并获得很好效果. Objective: To explore the value of selective nerve root block in the treatment of lumbar degenerative diseases. Methods: Thirty - two cases of multi - segment degenerated lumbar spinal stenosis were treated from January 2009 to December 2011. There were 20 males and 12 females with the mean age of 64 years old. Twenty - six cases of multi - segment lumbar disc herniation were trea - ted at the same time. There were 15 males and 11 females with the mean age of 45 years old. All the cases were suffered from leg pain. Selec- tive nerve root block was used in all cases to identify the responsible segments. Results: Based on the results ,surgicaltreatment was car- ded out. Of all cases of multi - segment degenerated lumbar spinal stenosis,25 cases were received 〉 2 segments decompression. Of all cases of multi - segment lumbar disc herniation, 12 cases were received single segment of the nucleus pulposus resection and other 14 ca- ses were received double segments of the nucleus pulposus resection. The responsible segments were accu - rate, and therapeutic effects were good. Conclusion: Selective nerve root block is an effective and accurate method to identify the responsible segment in the treatment of lumbar degenerative diseases.
