预见性护理程序在骨科创伤患者护理中的应用

Application of Predictive Nursing Procedure in Nursing Care of Trauma Patients in Department of Orthopedics

目的：对预见性护理程序在骨科创伤患者护理中的临床应用效果进行分析.方法：选取我院2014年8月-2015年8月收治的142例骨科创伤患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组患者采用预见性护理程序,对照组患者采用常规护理程序,对比护理效果.结果：观察组患者有效抢救时间、住院时间均短于对照组;抢救成功率及并发症发生率显著优于对照组;护理总满意率（100%）高于对照组（88.73%）,以上比较差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论：预见性护理程序可显著提高骨科创伤患者的护理效果,值得推广使用.

Objective： Clinical application effect of predictive nursing procedure in Department of orthopedics trauma patients. Meth- ods： 142 cases of orthopedic trauma patients treated in our hospital from August 2014 to August 2015 were randomly divided into the ob- servation group and the control group, patients in observation group was treated with foresight nursing program, the control group were treated with routine nursing procedure, compared the nursing effect. Results： The effective rescue time, hospitalization time of observation group were shorter than the control group, the success rate and complication rate was significantly better than the control group; The total satisfaction rate of Nursing （ 100% ） was higher than that of the control group （ 88.73 ）, and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： The predictive nursing procedure can significantly improve the nursing effect of patients with trauma in Department of orthopedics, and it is worth popularizing.
