摘要
为解决聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)因其极高的化学稳定性和不粘性而相互间熔接困难,特别是大直径PTFE的管材等其他结构装置不可能用注射或糊挤出等方法制得的问题,介绍了改性PTFE介在下的PTFE制件间的熔接技术和改性PTFE制件间直接熔接技术。认为目前国内还缺少熔接用的改性PTFE生产技术、熔接技术和装置,而国内对该改性PTFE和由该树脂制造的设备需求日趋增多、用途逐渐广大,因此要加大研发力度,尽快满足市场需求。
To solve the problem that mutual welding of polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE) is difficulty due to its high chemical stability and non-sticky, especially large diameter PTFE pipes and other structure devices which can not be obtained by methods such as injection or paste extrusion and so on, introduced welding technology of PTFE parts and directly welding technology of modified PTFE parts.Production technology of modified PTFE used in welding, welding technology and device are lack in domestic currently, while the need for modified PTFE and equipment manufactured by which resin increasing in domestic, and the usage is large gradually, so we shall intensify research and development efforts, therefore, to meet the market demand as soon as possible.
