Practice for Strengthen the Contract Management in a Chemical Research and Development Unit

分析了某化工企业研发中心合同管理存在的问题,通过近2年来加强合同管理的实践,合同履约率在95%以上,合同风险得到有效控制,保障了研发中心利益。认为合同管理应当实现合同管理体系的建立坚持专业性和综合性相结合,设立专门的合同管理机构;制定完善、系统的合同管理制度;通过法律事务、纪委等相关机构、相关职能部门和企业之间的管理网络实现对合同的有效管理,保证企业科研活动的开展正常。

The author analyzed the problems existing in the contract management in research and development center of a chemical group company. Through the practice for strengthen the contract management for nearly 2 years, the rate of contract implementation was over 95%, contract risk was controlled effectively, which guaranteed the benefit of the research and development center. Contract management shall insist combination of professional and comprehensive based on the establishment of the contract management system,set up specialized contract management agencies; formulate perfect and systematic contract management system; realize the effective management of the contract through related organization such as legal affairs and discipline inspection commission, related functional departments, management network during in enterprise, and ensure scientific research activities in the enterprise to carry out normal.
