加减全虫方联合窄谱中波紫外线治疗结节性痒疹临床观察 被引量:4

摘要 目的 :观察加减全虫方联合窄谱中波紫外线(NB-UVB)治疗结节性痒疹的临床疗效和安全性。方法 :将80例结节性痒疹患者随机分为中药组、NB-UVB组和联合组。中药组予加减全虫方口服;NB-UVB组为NB-UVB照射,每周3次;联合组予加减全虫方口服,同时予NB-UVB照射;另外,所有患者口服依巴斯汀。治疗8周后判定疗效,治疗结束后随访2个月。结果 :治疗结束后,联合组有效率(85.19%)高于中药组(66.67%)和NB-UVB组(46.15%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);中药组和NB-UVB组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);疗程结束2月后随访,中药组、NB-UVB组和联合组复发率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 :加减全虫方联合窄谱中波紫外线治疗结节性痒疹疗效显著,值得临床借鉴。 Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and safety in treatment of Prurigo Nodularis combined with modified Quanchong Fang and NB-UVB.Methods: 80 patients with Prurigo Nodularis were random Ly divided into TCM group、NB-UVB group and Combination group. TCM group were treated with modified Quanchong Fang; NB-UVB group were treated with NB-UVB irradiation, three times a week; Combination group were given modified Quanchong Fang and NB-UVB irradiation; All patients received oral Ebastine. Efficacy was evaluated after 8 weeks of treatment and the patients were followed up for 2 months after the end of the treatment.Result: After the end of treatment, the Combination group efficiency(85.19%)is higher than TCM group(66.67%) and NB-UVB group(46.15%), and the difference is statistically significant(P0.05); TCM group and NB-UVB group, the difference was not statistically significant(P0.05); The recurrent rate was investigated after two month in cured cases after the therapy, three groups had no statistical significance(P0.05). Conclusion: Modified Quanchong Fang combined with NB-UVB is effective in treating Prurigo Nodularis, which is worth of clinical reference.
