肝乐颗粒联合恩替卡韦治疗肝郁脾虚型慢性乙型肝炎临床疗效观察

Clinical Effect Observation of Ganlei Granule Combine With Entecavir in Treating Syndrome of Hepatic Stagnation and Spleen Defi ciency Type Chronic Hepatitis B

目的:观察肝乐颗粒联合恩替卡韦在肝郁脾虚型慢性乙型肝炎(以下简称慢乙肝)治疗中的疗效。方法:采用随机对照的方法。将60例肝郁脾虚型慢乙肝患者随机分为治疗组(肝乐颗粒联合恩替卡韦)和对照组(恩替卡韦),观察6个月后患者中医证候及肝功能等改善情况。结果:治疗组与对照组中医证候及肝功能均有不同程度改善,但治疗组改善作用明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:肝乐颗粒对肝郁脾虚型慢乙肝有明显治疗作用。

Objective： To observe the therapeutic effect of Ganle Granule combined with entecavir in the treatment of syndrome of hepatic stagnation and spleen deficiency type chronic hepatitis B. Methods： A randomized controlled trial was conducted. 60 patients with chronic hepatitis B were randomly divided into two groups： the treatment group（Ganle Granule combined with entecavir） and the control group（entecavir）. The improvement of TCM syndrome and liver function were observed after 6 months. Results： The TCM syndromes and liver function of the treatment group and the control group were improved in different degree, but the effect of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group（P0.05）. Conclusion： Ganle Granule has obvious therapeutic effect on chronic hepatitis B with liver depression and spleen deficiency.
