改良Khubchandani术结合益气健脾通便汤治疗重度直肠前突临床观察

Modified Khubchandani Surgery Combined with Yiqi Jianpi Tongbian Decoction in the Treatment of Severe Rectocele

目的观察改良Khubchandani术结合益气健脾通便汤治疗重度直肠前突的临床疗效。方法将60例直肠前突患者,随机分为3组,每组20例。A组行改良Khubchandani术,B组行传统闭式修补术,C组行改良Khubchandani术结合口服益气健脾通便汤。观察三组术前,术后7天、1个月、3个月Longo ODS评分。结果三组术前Longo ODS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术后与术前Longo ODS评分比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后7天三组Longo ODS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P<0.05);术后1个月、3个月三组Longo ODS评分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。手术用时、住院时间,术后并发症比较,无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论改良Khubchandani术结合益气健脾通便汤对治疗重度直肠前突疗效显著。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of improved Khubchandani surgery combined with Yiqi Jianpi Tongbian decoction in the treatment of severe rectocele. Methods： 60 rectocele patients were randomly divided into A group（n=20）, B group（n=20）and C group（n=20）. Khubchandani surgery in A group, The traditional closed repair surgery in B group. Improved Khubchandani surgery combined with Yiqi Jianpi Tongbian Decoction in C group. Longo ODS score was observed before operation and 7 days, 1 month and 3 months after operation. Results： There was no significant difference in Longo ODS score between the three groups before operation（P 0.05）.（P 0.05）. There was no significant difference in Longo ODS score between the three groups at 7 days after operation（P 0.05）. The difference of Longo ODS score was statistically significant（P 0.05） at 1 month and 3 months after operation. There was no significant difference in operative time, hospital stay and postoperative complications（P 0.05）. Conclusion： Modified Khubchandani surgery combined with Yiqi Jianpi Tongbian decoction is effective in the treatment of severe rectocele.
