摘要
目的:分析比较亳州地区知母须根和主根中芒果苷和知母皂苷B-Ⅱ的含量。方法:采用HPLC-DAD法测定芒果苷的含量,HPLC-ELSD法测定知母皂苷B-Ⅱ的含量。结果:知母须根中芒果苷和知母皂苷B-Ⅱ的平均含量分别为3.23%,1.77%,知母主根中芒果苷和知母皂苷B-Ⅱ的平均含量分别为1.59%,3.29%。结论:芒果苷和知母皂苷B-Ⅱ为知母须根主要化学成分,实验结果可为知母须根的综合开发利用提供科学依据。
Objective: To analyze and compare the different of The content of mangiferin and amygdalin B- Ⅱ in the roots and roots of Anemarrhena asphodeloides. Methods: The content of mangiferin was determined by HPLC-DAD, and the content of timosaponin B- Ⅱ was determined by HPLC-ELSD. Results: The average contents of mangiferin and timosaponin B- Ⅱ were 3.23% and 1.77%, respectively, and the average contents of mangiferin and timosaponin B- Ⅱ were 1.59% and 3.29%, respectively. Conclusion: Mangiferin and timosaponin B- Ⅱ are the main chemical constituents of Anemarrhena asphodeloides, and the results can provide scientific basis for comprehensive development and utilization of Anemarrhena asphodeloides.
