摘要
目的:研制纯天然复方艾草驱蚊液。方法:通过正交试验设计、超临界CO2萃取以及蚊虫叮咬实验,研制出一种由艾草,苍术,川芎,厚朴,菖蒲和樟脑6种中草药超临界CO2提取物以适当比例组成的复方中草药驱蚊液。结果:正交试验结果显示药物最佳配比为:苍术:川芎:厚朴:菖蒲:樟脑:艾草=4:1:4:2:1:4。急性毒性试验中,给药前空白组和复方艾草驱蚊液组小鼠体重分别为(19.80±1.28)g和(19.85±1.32)g,给药14天后空白组和复方艾草驱蚊液组小鼠体重分别为(26.78±1.97)g和(26.53±2.12)g,因此,该驱蚊液安全性良好。结论:该驱蚊液不仅能起到驱蚊功效,还能有效解决以化学合成药物为主的市售驱蚊产品久闻对人体有害的弊端。此外,该驱蚊液由纯中药提取,研制过程中未使用不友好试剂,产品更加绿色天然。
Objectives: To develop a kind of pure natural compound liquid repellent wormwood. Methods: A kind of Chinese herbal medicine repellent liquid including wormwood,atractylodes rhizome,rhizoma chuanxiong,magnolia officinalis,calamus and camphor was developed by orthogonal experiment design,supercritical CO2 extraction and mosquito bite experiment. Results: The results of orthogonal test showed that the optimal ratio of drugs was as follows,atractylodes: chuanxiong: magnolia: calamus: camphor: wormwood = 4:1:4:2: 1:4. In the acute toxicity test,the body weight of the control group and compound liquid repellent wormwood group were(19.80 ± 1.28)g and(19.85 ± 1.32)g,14 days after the administration,the body weight of the control group and compound liquid repellent wormwood group were(26.78 ± 1.97)g and(26.53 ± 2.12)g,respectively. Therefore,the safety of compound liquid repellent wormwood was good. Conclusion: The compound liquid repellent wormwood not only have a good effect of repellent,but also effectively solute the side effects which be caused by chemical synthetic drug-based repellent products. In addition,some Chinese medicines such as calamus,camphor and so on have health care effectiveness,which play a good role in health benefits to human body.
