临床护理路径对高龄产妇生产及产后康复的影响

The Effect of Clinical Nursing Pathway on the Production and Postpartum Recovery of Elderly Women

目的:探讨在高龄产妇护理中应用临床护理路径的效果。方法:选取40例高龄产妇为研究对象,分为观察组和对照组,每组20例,对照组实施基础护理,观察组则在对照组基础上接受临床护理路径的护理,按路径表来完成各项护理工作。记录2组产妇阴道分娩各产程时间,剖宫产发生率,产后纯母乳喂养率,住院时间,产妇满意度等。结果:与对照组相比,观察组剖宫产发生率明显降低(P<0.05),阴道分娩第一、第二及总产程明显缩短(P<0.05),产后纯母乳喂养率提高(P<0.05),住院时间缩短(P<0.05),产妇满意度明显提高(P<0.01)。结论:在高龄产妇中应用临床护理路径,能促进产妇顺利生产,提高纯母乳喂养率,缩短住院时间,增加产妇对护理的满意度。

Objective： To explore the effect of clinical nursing pathway in the elderly maternal nursing care. Methods： 40 cases of advanced maternal age as the research object, divided into observation group and control group, 20 cases in each group, the control group received basic nursing, the observation group in the control group received clinical nursing path care, according to the path table to complete the nursing work. Records of 2 groups of maternal vaginal delivery of each labor time, cesarean section rate, postpartum pure breast-feeding rate, length of hospital stay, maternal satisfaction, etc.. Results： compared with control group, the observation group of cesarean section rate was significantly lower（P0.05）, vaginal delivery and first and second of the total production process was shortened（P0.05）, postpartum breastfeeding rate（P0.05）, shorten the hospitalization time（P0.05）, maternal satisfaction improved significantly（P0.01）. Conclusion： the application of clinical nursing pathway in elderly women can promote the smooth production, improve the rate of breast feeding, shorten the hospital stay, and increase the satisfaction degree of maternal care.
