左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统治疗围绝经期功血的临床观察

Clinical efficacy on levonorgestrel intrauterine system in treating dysfunctional uterine bleeding during peri-menopausal period

目的:观察围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血(功血)患者宫腔内放置左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统(商品名:曼月乐)的临床疗效。方法:选取曼月乐治疗围绝经期功血患者72例,比较放置曼月乐前后患者月经情况、子宫内膜厚度及血红蛋白、血脂、性激素水平变化。结果:放置曼月乐后月经量减少,子宫内膜变薄,血红蛋白升高,结果均有明显差异(P<0.05),而血脂及性激素水平无明显改变,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:曼月乐治疗围绝经期功血减少经量和纠正贫血效果确切,不影响血脂代谢和卵巢功能。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy on dysfunctional uterine bleeding during peri - menopausal period of levonorgestrel intrauterine system. Method Seventy - two cases of patients who were diagnosed dysfunctional uterine bleeding during peri - menopausal period were placed with mirenas during menstrual period. The menstrual conditions, endometrium width, hemoglobin, blood lipid, sex hormone level changes of these cases were measured before and after the insertion of mirena. Results After the insertion of mirena the menstrual quantity decreases, thinning of the endometrium, hemoglobin was increased. These were statistically significant（P 〈 0. 05 ）. But little changes had happened in blood lipid, sex hormone. These were not stastically significant（P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Levonorgestrel intrauterine system can efficiently reduce the amount of blood and correct anemia but does not affect blood lipid metabolism and ovarian function.
