依碳酸氯替泼诺与双氯芬酸钠滴眼液对季节性过敏性结膜炎疗效比较

Loteprednol etabonate and Diclofenac Sodium Eye Drops on the effect of seasonal allergic conjunctivitis

目的:通过临床病例资料回顾性分析对比依碳酸氯替泼诺滴眼液与双氯芬酸钠滴眼液在季节性过敏性结膜炎治疗中的疗效,为今后的工作提供参考。方法:选取收治的100例季节性过敏性结膜炎患者作为本组研究的观察对象,采用便利抽样法将其分为对照组与观察组各50例,观察组采用依碳酸氯替泼诺滴眼液治疗(4次/d),对照组采用双氯芬酸钠滴眼液治疗(4次/d),对比两组患者的治疗效果与不良反应发生率。结果:1治疗后,观察组总有效率为90%;对照组总有效率为74%;观察组明显高于对照组,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2治疗期间,观察组不良反应发生率为4%;对照组不良反应发生率为6%;两组的不良反应发生率之间比较无明显差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:依碳酸氯替泼诺滴眼液在季节性过敏性结膜炎患者的治疗中,可以明显缓解瘙痒、畏光等临床症状,临床疗效明显优于双氯芬酸钠滴眼液,而且两种滴眼液的安全性均较为理想。

Objective Through the clinical data retrospectively the efficacy analysis of Loteprednol Etabonate Eye Drops and Diclofenac Sodium Eye Drops in seasonal allergic conjunctivitis treatment,provide a reference for future work. Method 100 patients with seasonal allergic conjunctivitis patients were selected as the study object of observation, using convenience sampling method, they were divided into control group and observation group with 50 cases in each group, the observation group used Loteprednol Etabonate Eye Erops in the treatment （4 times/d） ,the control group used Diclofenac Sodium Eye Drops in the treat- ment （4 times/d） , and the incidence of adve：rse reaction of two groups of patients was compared. Results①the total effective rate was 90% in observation group;and that was 74% in the control group;the total effeadive rate of observation group was higher than that. of the control group （P 〈0. 05）. ②the adverse reaction incidence rate was 4% in observation group;and 6% in the control group, the adverse reaction incidence of two groups had no significance （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Loteprednol Etabonate Eye Drops in the treatment of seasonal allergic conjunctivitis patients can significantly relieve the itching, photophobia and other clinical symptoms, which clinical curative effect is obviously better than Diclofenac Sodium Eye Drops, but also the safety of two were relatively ideal.
