起源于左冠状窦内的室性期前收缩射频消融治疗致左主干痉挛1例 被引量：1

摘要 目前射频消融术（radiofrequency catheter ablation,RFCA）己成为治疗快速型心律失常的一种有效手段[1-2]。特发型室性期前收缩和室性心动过速（isolated premature complexes,PVCs/ventricular tachycardia,VT）是临床上常见的非器质性快速型心律失常,其中大部分起源于右心室流出道（right ventricular outflow tract,RVOT）,小部分起源于左心室流出道（left ventricular outflow tract,LVOT）.
