南通市成人糖尿病患者危险因素分析

Analysis on risk factors of diabetes in adults in Nantong City

目的探讨南通市成人糖尿病发病的相关危险因素。方法采用分层整群抽样方法,在全市各县区抽取18周岁及以上城乡居民62 526人,对其进行问卷调查、体格检查和实验室检查。结果女性糖尿病患病率高于男性（χ^2=71.489,P〈0.01）;年龄越大,糖尿病患病率越高（χ^2=1 332.802,P〈0.01）,有糖尿病家族史者患糖尿病的危险度高于无家族史者（χ^2=4 261.256,P〈0.01）。饮酒、不锻炼人群患糖尿病的危险度高于不饮酒人群和经常锻炼人群。超重、肥胖和高血压患者患糖尿病的风险明显高于体重、血压正常人群。多因素logistic回归分析显示,糖尿病家族史、饮酒、中心性肥胖、超重及肥胖和高血压是糖尿病发病的独立危险因素。结论在全社会普及健康生活方式,对超重、肥胖等患者进行重点干预,对预防糖尿病的发生有重要意义。

[Objective] To explore the risk factors of diabetes in adults in Nantong City.[Methods]62 526 urban and rural residents over 18 years old were collected from districts/counties in Nantong City by stratified cluster sampling method,to perform the questionnaire survey,physical examination and laboratory examination. [Results]The prevalence rate of diabetes in females was higher than that in males（χ^2=71.489,P〈0.01）. The prevalence rate increased with age（χ^2=1 332.802,P〈0.01）. The risk of diabetes in people with family history of diabetes was higher than that in those without family history（χ^2=4 261.256,P〈0.01）. The risk of diabetes in people with alcohol consumption was higher than that in those who don＇t drink,while the risk in people don＇t？exercise was higher than that in those who exercise regularly. The risk of diabetes in people with overweight,obesity and hypertension was higher than that in those with normal body weight and blood pressure. Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the family history of diabetes,alcohol consumption,central obesity,overweight and obesity,and hypertension were independent risk factors of diabetes.[ Conclusion]It is important to popularize healthy life style and carry out intervention in overweight and obesity population to prevent the occurrence of diabetes.
