摘要 目的对超高效液相色谱法快速检测饮料中8种人工合成色素方法进行验证。方法制备饮料样品,提取色素,采用ACQUITY UPLC H-Class系统同时测定饮料中胭脂红、苋菜红、日落黄、柠檬黄、亮蓝、新红、赤藓红、诱惑红8种人工合成色素。结果 8种人工合成色素在5.5min内分离,r〉0.998 0,线性相关。检出限为0.043~0.121 mg/L。测定样品加标回收率大于87%,RSD为0.00%~0.30%。结论超高效液相色谱法检测快速简便,分离效果好,灵敏度高。 Objective To validate the method of ultra performance liquid chromatography( UPLC) for the rapid determination of 8 kinds of synthetic pigments in beverages. Methods The beverage samples were extracted and the pigment was extracted. 8 kinds of synthetic pigments such as carmine,amaranth,sunset yellow,lemon yellow,bright blue,new red,erythrosine and lure red were determined by ACQUITY UPLC H-Class system. Results 8 kinds of synthetic pigments in 5.5 min were isolated,r 〉0.998 0,in linear correlation. The detection limit was 0.043 ~ 0.121mg/L. The recoveries of samples were more than 87%,RSD was 0.00% ~ 0.30%. Conclusion Ultra performance liquid chromatography(UPLC)is a simple,rapid and sensitive method for the separation and identification of proteins.
