摘要
目的分析国际糖尿病妊娠研究组（IADPSG）诊断标准下福州地区妊娠期糖尿病（GDM）发病率,并进一步研究孕早期血脂水平与GDM的关系。方法分4个年龄段分别统计GDM发病率。比较GDM和正常糖代谢（NGT）孕妇口服葡萄糖耐量试验（OGTT）、孕9~12周血清甘油三酯（TG）和总胆固醇（TC）的差异。结果 GDM总体发病率为14.42%,年龄越大的组别发病率越高。孕早期血清TG、TC及孕中期OGTT结果在GDM和NGT组间差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.001）。结论年龄是GDM发病危险因素。孕早期血清TG、TC过高可能与GDM相关。
Objective To study the incidence rate of gestational diabetes mellitus（GDM）in fuzhou with the diagnostic criteria of IADPSG,and the relationship between GDM and blood lipids in early pregnancy.Methods The incidence of GDM was statistically divided into 4 age groups. To compare the differences of oral glucose tolerance test（OGTT）,serum triglyceride（TG）and total cholesterol（TC）in gestational age 9 to 12 weeks in pregnant women with GDM and normal glucose metabolism. Results The overall incidence rate of GDM was 14.42%. With the increase of age,the incidence rate of GDM was more and more high. The serum TG,TC and OGTT results in pregnant women were significantly different between GDM and NGT group（P〈0.001）. Conclusion Age is a risk factor for GDM. High serum TG and TC in early pregnancy may be associated with GDM.
