宫颈环形电切术治疗宫颈癌前病变的临床效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Loop Electrical Excision Procedure in the Treatment of Cervical Precancerous Lesion

目的探讨宫颈癌前病变采用宫颈环形电切术治疗的临床效果。方法将72例宫颈癌前病变患者随机分为研究组(宫颈环形电切术)与对照组(常规治疗),对比两组治疗效果。结果两组总有效率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后12个月,两组HR-HPV感染阳性率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组住院时间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论宫颈癌前病变采用宫颈环形电切术治疗的效果显著。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of loop electrical excision procedure in the treatment of cervical precancerous lesion. Methods 72 cases of cervical precancerous lesions were randomly divided into study group（loop electrical excision procedure）and control group（conventional treatment）,and the treatment effect was compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the two groups was significant（P〈0.05）. After 12 months of treatment,the positive rate of HR-HPV infection in the two groups was significant（P〈0.05）. The two groups had significant difference in the length of stay（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of cervical loop excision procedure is significant in the treatment of cervical precancerous lesion.
