腹腔镜胆囊切除术与小切口胆囊切除术治疗胆囊炎、胆结石的临床比较

Clinical Comparison of Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy and Small Incision Cholecystectomy in the Treatment of Cholecystitis or Gallstones

目的探讨对比胆囊炎和胆结石患者采用腹腔镜胆囊切除术与小切口胆囊切除术治疗的效果。方法将92例胆囊炎、胆结石患者分为腹腔镜组和小切口组。前者实施腹腔镜胆囊切除术,后者实施小切口胆囊切除术。对比手术指标和术后并发症情况。结果腹腔镜组手术指标和并发症发生率均优于小切口组(P<0.05)。结论在胆囊炎、胆结石患者中实施腹腔镜胆囊切除术的微创性和安全性更佳,但该手术更为精细化,应当根据实际情况确定手术方案。

Objective To discuss and compare the effect of laparoscopic cholecystectomy and small incision cholecystectomy in the treatment of cholecystitis or gallstones. Methods Ninety-two cases of patients with cholecystitis,gallstones were divided into laparoscopic group and small incision group. The former was treated with laparoscopic cholecystectomy,while the latter was treated with small incision cholecystectomy. The operation indexes and complications after operation were compared. Results The operation indexes and complications in the laparoscopic group were obviously better than those in the small incision group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The minimally invasive and safe of the laparoscopic cholecystectomy is better in cholecystitis,gallstones,which is more precise,and it should be based on the actual situation to determine the surgical procedures.
