探究重型颅脑损伤运用标准大骨瓣减压治疗的临床价值

Clinical Value of Standard Large Trauma Craniotomy for Severe Craniocerebral Injury

目的对重型颅脑损伤运用标准大骨瓣减压治疗的临床价值进行探究,旨在提高临床治疗的水平。方法选取我院已确诊的重型颅脑损伤患者120例,其中实施常规骨瓣开颅手术治疗的患者为对照组,实施标准大骨瓣减压手术治疗的患者为实验组,两组各为60例,对两组患者手术情况以及手术治疗的效果进行分析对比。结果两组患者术中出血量、手术时间以及出院时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);实验组患者治疗疗效高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论重型颅脑损伤运用标准大骨瓣减压治疗的临床价值较高,可有效改善患者的预后情况。

Objective To explore the clinical value of standard large bone flap decompression in the treatment of severe craniocerebral injury,and to improve the level of clinical treatment. Methods 120 patients with severe craniocerebral injury diagnosed in our hospital were selected.The patients who were treated with conventional craniotomy were as the control group. The patients undergoing standard craniotomy were as the experimental group. 60 cases in each group,the two groups of patients with surgery and the effect of surgical treatment were analyzed. Results There was no significant difference in blood loss,operation time and discharge time between the two groups（P〈0.05）. The therapeutic effect of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The treatment of severe craniocerebral injury with standard large bone flap decompression is of high clinical value and can effectively improve the prognosis of patients.
