口服补液盐Ⅲ联合双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌片对儿童急性腹泻的治疗效果

Effect of Oral Rehydration Salts Ⅲ Combined With Live Combined Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus Tablets in the Treatment of Children With Acute Diarrhea

目的探讨口服补液盐Ⅲ联合双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌片对儿童急性腹泻的治疗效果。方法选取2015年2月~2016年2月在我院接受治疗的120例儿童急性腹泻患者进行研究,随机分为两组,每组60例。对照组患儿单纯采用双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌片治疗,观察组患儿在对照组的基础上联合口服补液盐Ⅲ治疗。对比两组的大便次数和性状的复常时间、发热时间以及出院时间等指标,并评价两组的治疗效果。结果观察组患儿大便次数和性状的复常时间、发热时间以及出院时间均短于对照组患儿,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组的总有效率为96.67%,高于对照组的总有效率（81.67%）,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论口服补液盐Ⅲ联合双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌片治疗儿童急性腹泻,能有效缩短病程与用药周期,显著改善临床症状,疗效较好。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Oral Rehydration Salts Ⅲ combined with Live Combined Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus Tablets in the treatment of children with acute diarrhea. Methods 120 children with acute diarrhea in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups from February 2015 to February 2016,60 cases in each group. The control group were treated with Live Combined Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus Tablets treatment,observation group on the basis of the control group was treated with Oral Rehydration Salts Ⅲ. The stool frequency and the characteristics of the complex time,fever and discharge time and other indicators,the treatment effect of the two groups were compared. ResultsThe time of defecation,the time of fever and discharge time of the observation group were shorter than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group（81.67%）,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Oral Rehydration Salts Ⅲ combined with Live Combined Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus Tablets in treatment of children with acute diarrhea,can effectively shorten the course of disease and treatment cycle,improve the clinical symptoms,the curative effect is good.
