碘伏与硫酸镁甘油治疗皮下瘀斑的效果观察

Observation on the Clinical Effect of Iodophor and Magnesium Sulfate on Ecchymosis

目的比较碘伏与50%硫酸镁甘油对皮下瘀斑的治疗效果,以探索一种简单、便捷、有效的治疗皮下瘀斑的方法。方法本研究将符合纳入标准的132例中重度皮下瘀斑的患者随机分为试验组和对照组两组,每组各66例。试验组采用碘伏消毒液湿敷,每日换药1次;对照组给予50%硫酸镁甘油湿敷,每日换药1次。以皮下瘀斑的消散程度为观察指标,观察两组患者的治疗效果。利用SPSS 18.0统计软件对试验数据进行统计学处理。结果试验者和对照组在年龄、性别、造成皮下瘀斑的原因以及皮下瘀斑的严重程度上差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),具有可比性;试验组患者痊愈58例,显效8例,无效0例,有效率100%;对照组患者痊愈12例,显效47例,无效7例,有效率89.39%。两组患者干预后皮下瘀斑疗效比较差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01),说明试验组疗效显著优于对照组。结论碘伏治疗皮下瘀斑的效果显著,且取材方便,操作方法简单。

Objective To explore a simple and convenient method for caring ecchymosis,the treatment effect of iodophor with 50% magnesium sulfate glycerin in ecchymosis patients was compared. Methods The research discussed the clinical treatment effect on treating moderate and severe ecchymosis. 132 patients were randomly divided into a treatment group（n=66）and a control group（n=66）. The treatment group was given iodophor wet compress,dressing once a day. The control group was given 50% magnesium sulfate glycerin wet compress,dressing once a day. Before and after the treatment,ecchymosis severity were used to evaluate the treatment effect. All the experimental datas were analyzed by SPSS 18.0. Results There were no significant differences in age and the causes of ecchymosis and ecchymosis severity in both groups（P〈0.05）. For the treatment group,58 cases recovered,another 8 cases were significantly effective,and the total effective rate was 100.00%; while for the control group,only 12 cases recovered,47 cases were significantly effective and 7 cases were not effective,the total effective rate was 89.39%. These results indicated that the iodophor therapy ameliorated the ecchymosis much more than magnesium sulfate glycerin（P〈0.01）. The experimental group was significantly better than the control group. Conclusion The treatment effect of iodophor for ecchymosis is great,the material is convenient and the operation method is simple.
