化疗加放疗与单纯放射治疗食管癌的临床对比研究

Comparison of Chemotherapy and Radiotherapy or Radiotherapy Alone in the Treatment of Esophageal Cancer

目的分析在食管癌患者治疗中,单纯放射治疗与化疗、放疗结合的不同治疗效果。方法择取我院于2014年7月~2016年5月收治的46例食管癌患者为对象,将所有患者随机均分为放疗组与放化疗联合组,放疗组患者单纯接受放射治疗,而联合组患者则需要在放疗基础上联合接受化疗治疗,对两组患者的临床治疗效果进行对比观察。结果联合组患者的临床治疗效果好于放疗组患者,两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论在临床食管癌患者的具体治疗中,将化疗与放疗联合应用的效果较好。

Objective To analyze the effect of radiotherapy combined with chemotherapy or radiotherapy in the treatment of esophageal cancer patients. Methods In our hospital,46 cases of esophageal cancer patients were selected as the research object from July 2014 to May 2016,all patients were randomly divided into radiotherapy group and radiotherapy combined with chemotherapy group. Radiotherapy group were only treated with radiotherapy,and the joint group patients need combined chemotherapy treatment based on radiotherapy,then,to observe the clinical therapeutic effect of two groups of patients. Results The clinical therapeutic effect of the combined group was significantly better than that of the radiotherapy group,and the correlation data of the two groups was significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion In the clinical treatment of esophageal cancer patients,the combination of chemotherapy and radiotherapy is better.
