中医分型论治疗更年期综合征的临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation on the Treatment of Climacteric Syndrome by Traditional Chinese Medicine Differentiation

目的研究分析更年期综合征接受中医分型论治的临床效果。方法根据2014年5月~2015年3月我院的300例更年期综合征患者来进行研究分析,将患者分成观察组和对照组,均有150例,对照组使用更年安片治疗,观察组使用中医分型论治,比较两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果观察组患者接受中医分型论治后,临床中有效率为99.3%,对照组的临床有效率是80.0%,观察组的临床有效率比对照组高,两组结果差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论更年期综合征患者临床中接受中医分型治疗,可以对患者的更年期症状起到良好的改善效果,效果突出。

Objective To study the clinical effect of climacteric syndrome treated with TCM syndrome differentiation. Methods According to 300 cases in our hospital of menopausal syndrome patients from May 2014 to March 2015 to carry on the research. The patients were divided into observation group and control group,150 cases in each. Control group using Gengnian＇an tablets for treatment,the observation group used TCM for treatment,then compared two groups of patients with clinical curative effect. Results The patients in the observation group received TCM treatment,the clinical effective rate was 99.3%,the clinical efficiency of control group was 80.0%,the clinical effective rate of observation group was higher than the control group,two groups of results there were significant differences（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Patients with climacteric syndrome using TCM treatment,can greatly improved effect for patients with menopausal symptoms,and the clinical effect is prominent.
