结合雌激素乳膏联合保妇康栓治疗老年性阴道炎的临床效果观察

The Clinical Effect of Conjugated Estrogens Cream Combined With Baofukang Suppository in the Treatment of Senile Vaginitis

目的研究结合雌激素乳膏联合保妇康栓治疗老年性阴道炎的临床效果。方法将42例老年性阴道炎者分为两组,每组21例。对照组使用保妇康栓治疗,观察组加用结合雌激素乳膏治疗。对比患者治疗后的临床效果和3个月后复发率。结果观察组总有效率为95.24%,复发率为0%。对照组总有效率为76.19%,复发率为23.81%,P<0.05。结论对于老年阴道炎患者,使用结合雌激素乳膏联合保妇康栓治疗,效果显著,安全性强,可降低复发率。

Objective To study the effect of Conjugated Estrogens Cream combined with Baofukang suppository in the treatment of senile vaginitis.Methods 42 cases of senile vaginitis were divided into two groups,each group of 21 cases. The control group used Baofukang suppository for treatment,observation group added Conjugated Estrogens Cream for treatment. The clinical effect and the recurrence rate after three months were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.24%,and the recurrence rate was about 0%. The effective rate of the control group was 76.19%,and the recurrence rate was 23.81%,P〈0.05. Conclusion For elderly patients with vaginitis,The effect of Conjugated Estrogens Cream with Baofukang suppository is obvious,the safety is strong,and the recurrence rate can be reduced.
