探讨中医辩证治疗先兆流产的临床效果

Clinical Observation on the Treatment of Threatened Abortion With Dialectical Treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine

目的探讨先兆流产患者接受中医辨证治疗的临床效果,为临床提供指导参考。方法 2012年1月~2015年12月我院对73例先兆流产患者进行了研究分析,整理患者的病历资料,与医师、护士等进行病例探讨。结果为不同症状的患者进行分型治疗,临床中共分为血热型、肾虚型、血瘀型与气血虚弱型,治愈53例,占比为72.60%,好转15例,占比20.55%,无效5例,占比6.85%,临床有效率为93.15%。结论先兆性流产使用中医辨证治疗的安全性高,副作用小,治疗效果突出。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of TCM syndrome differentiation in the treatment of threatened abortion patients,and to provide guidance for clinical treatment. Methods From January 2012 to December 2015,73 cases of patients with threatened abortion in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. The patient＇s medical records were collected,and the cases were discussed with doctors,nurses and so on. Results Classified treatment was used for different clinical symptoms of patients,they were divided into blood heat type,kidney deficiency,blood stasis and deficiency of Qi and blood. The clinical cure in 53 cases,accounting for 72.60%,improved in 15 cases,accounting for 20.55%,invalid in 5 cases,accounting for 6.85%,the clinical effective rate was 93.15%. Conclusion The treatment of threatened abortion using TCM syndrome differentiation has high safety,little side effects,and the treatment effect is prominent.
