实时荧光PCR在高危型人乳头瘤病毒检验中的诊断价值分析

Diagnostic Value of Real Time Fluorescent PCR for Detection of High Risk Human Papillomavirus

目的探究实时荧光PCR检验技术在高危型人乳头瘤病毒感染患者临床诊断过程中的应用价值。方法择取2014年2月~2016年6月我院收治的经病理检查确诊的高危型人乳头瘤病毒感染患者98例作为本次研究对象,遵照患者的就诊时间先后次序随机将其等分为研究组和对照组,每组各包含49例患者,对照组患者应用二代杂交式捕获检测技术实施临床检验诊断,研究组患者应用实时荧光PCR检测技术实施临床检验诊断,观察比较两组患者的阳性检出率。结果研究组患者的阳性检出率高于对照组患者,组间数据差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论针对高危型人乳头瘤病毒感染患者应用实时荧光PCR检测技术实施临床检验诊断,相较应用二代杂交式捕获检测技术,能够显著提升患者的阳性检出率,提升患者的临床疾病诊断准确性,确保患者获得良好治疗。

Objective To explore the real-time fluorescent PCR test technology,application value in the clinical diagnosis of high-risk human papillomavirus infection.Methods From February 2014 to June 2016,98 patients diagnosed by pathological examination in our hospital from the high-risk human papillomavirus infection as the research object,according to the patient＇s treatment the time sequence were randomly divided into the study group and the reference group,each group included 49 patients,control group patients using the two generation hybrid capture detection technology implementation of clinical diagnosis,patients in the study group using real-time fluorescent PCR detection technology implementation of clinical diagnosis,the positive rate of two groups were compared. Results The study group patients for the positive rate was significantly higher than that of the reference group of patients,with statistically significant differences between groups of data（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The high-risk human papilloma virus using real-time fluorescence PCR detection technology implementation of clinical diagnosis,compared with the application of the two generation hybrid capture detection technology implementation of clinical diagnosis,patients can significantly improve the detection rate,improve clinical diagnosis accuracy of patients,ensure that patients successfully by good treatment and disposa.
