摘要
目的观察彩色多普勒超声对2型糖尿病视网膜病变的意义。方法根据眼底病变的情况将87例2型糖尿病患者分为A组(无视网膜病变)、B组(非增殖性视网膜病变)、C组(增殖性视网膜病变),并选择30例同期健康体检者为对照组。比较四组检查结果。结果四组患者视网膜中央动脉、眼动脉的PSV、EDV及RI值的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论彩色多普勒超声可有效评估糖尿病视网膜病变。
Objective To investigate the significance of color doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of type 2 diabetic retinopathy. Methods 87 cases of type 2 diabetic patients were divided into A group（without retinopathy）,B group（non proliferative retinopathy）,group C（diabetic retinopathy）according to the fundus lesions,and 30 healthy cases were selected as control group. Inspection results of four groups were compared. Results There were significant differences in the PSV,EDV and RI values between the central retinal artery and the ophthalmic artery of four groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound can effectively evaluate the diabetic retinopathy.
