摘要
目的评价磁共振胰胆管水成像扫描（MRCP）在胆道疾病诊断中的临床应用价值。方法选取本院于2014年3月~2016年7月88例胆道疾病者参与本次研究,均对其实施MRCP扫描,分析其临床检出率。结果经MRCP诊断胆道疾病的准确率为97.7%;胆系结石、胆管炎性狭窄、恶性梗阻诊断准确率为98.7%、100.0%、87.5%。结论 MRCP诊断能够清晰展现胰胆管的病情,且能明确诊断病变部位和发展,故可为临床治疗提供重要的参考价值。
Objective To evaluate the clinical value of magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography（MRCP）in the diagnosis of biliary tract diseases. Methods 88 patients with biliary tract disease in our hospital from March 2014 to July 2016 were selected to participate in this study. MRCP scan was performed on all the patients,and the clinical detection rate was analyzed. Results The accuracy rate of MRCP in the diagnosis of biliary diseases was 97.7%. The accuracy rate of biliary calculi,bile duct inflammatory stenosis,malignant obstruction diagnosis was 98.7%,100.0% and 87.5%. Conclusion MRCP can clearly show the condition of pancreaticobiliary duct,and can clearly diagnose the location and development of the disease,so it can provide important reference value for clinical treatment.
