探讨直接数字化X线摄影在小儿胸部检查中的作用

The Role of Direct Digital Radiography in the Chest Examination of Children

目的探讨直接数字化X线摄影在小儿胸部检查中的作用。方法在医院2015年1月~2016年5月诊治的行胸部摄影的患儿中抽取140例作研究对象,按随机抽签法分组,研究组（n=70）应用直接数字化X线摄影,对照组（n=70）采取传统平片检查,对比两组患儿的胸片拍摄质量。结果研究组患儿胸片拍摄质量为甲级片的比率是91.43%,高于对照组的58.57%（P〈0.01）。结论直接数字化X线摄影在小儿胸部检查中有积极作用,可提升其胸片拍摄质量。

Objective To investigate the role of direct digital radiography in the chest examination in children. Methods From January 2015 to May 2016,140 cases of chest radiography were selected as the research object in the hospital,140 patients were randomly divided into two groups. The study group（n=70）was used direct digital radiography,and the control group（n=70）took the traditional flat sheet examination,and compared the quality of the two groups of children＇s chest radiography. Results The quality of radiographs in the study group was 91.43%,was higher than 58.57% in the control group（P〈0.01）. ConclusionDirect digital radiography has a positive effect in pediatric chest examination,which can improve the quality of chest radiography.
