护理干预对骨科术后下肢深静脉血栓形成的预防作用研究

The Preventive Effect of Nursing Intervention on Lower Extremity Deep Venous Thrombosis After Operation in Department of Orthopedics

目的研究护理干预对骨科术后下肢深静脉血栓形成的预防作用。方法将在我院接受骨科手术的80例患者,采用不同的护理方式将其分成观察组(n=40)与对照组(n=40)。对照组采用骨科常规护理,观察组在对照组护理的基础上采用护理干预进行护理,比较不同护理方式护理后患者的下肢深静脉血栓形成发生率。结果观察组中出现下肢深静脉血栓1例,发生率为2.5%;对照组中出现下肢深静脉血栓6例,发生率为15.0%。两组患者血栓发生率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论骨科术后并发下肢深静脉血栓采用有效的护理干预,对预防血栓的形成有积极作用。

Objective To study the preventive effect of nursing intervention on lower extremity deep venous thrombosis after operation in Department of orthopedics. Methods 80 cases of patients who underwent department of orthopedics surgery in our hospital were divided into observation group（n=40）and control group（n=40）by different nursing methods. Control group received routine nursing care in department of orthopedics. Observation group,on the basis of the control group,received nursing intervention,to compare the incidence of deep venous thrombosis in patients with different nursing methods. Results There were 1 cases of deep venous thrombosis in the observation group,the incidence was about 2.5%. In the control group,there were 6 cases of deep venous thrombosis of lower limbs, the incidence was about 15.0%. The difference was statistically significant between two groups about the incidence of thrombosis in two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Effective nursing intervention for patients with lower extremity deep venous thrombosis after operation in department of orthopedics,which have a positive effect on the prevention of thrombosis.
