经皮肾镜钬激光碎石术治疗肾结石的临床护理心得探析

Experience on Clinical Nursing of Percutaneous Nephroscope Holmium Laser Lithotripsy for the Treatment of Kidney Stones

目的探讨经皮肾镜钬激光碎石术治疗肾结石的临床护理应用价值。方法选取我院2011年1月~2016年6月收治的80例肾结石患者作为本次研究对象,均给予经皮肾镜钬激光碎石术治疗,依据不同的护理方式,将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各40例;分别给予常规护理、针对性护理,对比两组的临床护理效果。结果观察组的气胸以及结石粉碎、结石一次性清除率分别为0.0%、95.0%、97.5%,均优于对照组的15.0%、77.5%、75.0%,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论经皮肾镜钬激光碎石术治疗肾结石中采用全面术后的护理干预,可提高临床疗效。

Objective To evaluate the clinical value of percutaneous holmium laser lithotripsy in the treatment of renal calculi. Methods 80 cases of patients with renal calculi in our hospital from January 2011 to June 2016 were selected as the subjects of this study. All patients were treated with percutaneous nephrolithotomy with holmium laser lithotripsy. According to different nursing methods, they were divided into control group and observation group,40 cases in each group. they were respectively given about routine care,targeted care. The clinical nursing effect of two groups were compared. Results In the observation group,the removal rate of pneumothorax,the lithotriptic rate and disposable clearance rate were 0.0%,95.0%,and 97.5% respectively,which were better than the control group 15.0%,77.5%,75.0%,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. ConclusionPercutaneous nephrolithotomy with holmium laser lithotripsy for the treatment of renal calculi with comprehensive postoperative nursing intervention,which can improve the clinical efficacy.
