优质护理服务在神经内科护理中的应用

Application of High Quality Nursing Service in the Department of Neurology

目的研究神经内科患者护理操作中实施优质护理服务的临床效果。方法我院选择2015年3月~2016年3月诊治的90例神经内科患者,比较两组患者的住院时间以及对护理工作的满意度。结果观察组患者对护理人员满意度为97.8%,对照组为80.0%,观察组的满意度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论神经内科患者实施护理操作中加入优质护理操作能够有效缩短患者住院时间,提升患者对护理工作的满意度。

Objective To study the clinical effect of high quality nursing care in the operation of neurological patients. Methods In our hospital,90 cases of patients of neurology department from March 2015 to March 2016 were selected,and compared the length of stay in two groups and the satisfaction degree of the nursing work. Results Patients in the observation group on nursing staff satisfaction was 97.8%,80.0% in the control group,the observation group of patients satisfaction with nursing work was significantly better than the control group,there were significant differences between two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The implementation of nursing operation in the Department of neurology patients can effectively shorten the hospital stay,improve the patient＇s satisfaction with nursing work.
