摘要
目的探讨临床护理路径在脑出血护理中的效果。方法随机将我院收治的140例脑出血患者平均分为两组。对照组行常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上联合临床护理路径,比较两组临床效果。结果观察组健康知识知晓情况、护理满意度及日常生活活动能力(Barthel)指数等均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床护理路径应用于脑出血护理效果理想。
Objective To explore the effect of clinical nursing pathway in nursing of cerebral hemorrhage. Methods 140 cases were divided into two groups,the control group received routine nursing,and observation group used clinical nursing pathway on the basis of routine nursing,comparing efficacy of two groups. Results The knowledge of health knowledge,nursing satisfaction and Barthel index of observation group were significantly better than control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of clinical nursing pathway for cerebral hemorrhage is ideal.
