JCI评审标准在心内科护理不良事件中的应用

Application of JCI Standard in Nursing Adverse Events in Department of Cardiology

目的探讨JCI评审标准在心内科护理不良事件管理中的应用,以提高护理质量,保障患者安全。方法我院自2014年3月开始引进JCI评审标准,以评审前1年(2013年)收治的1 825例患者为对照组,采用传统的管理方式。以引进JCI评审标准后1年(2015年)收治的2 894例患者为观察组,观察组应用JCI评审标准中对不良事件管理的要求,采取一系列干预措施,比较两组护理不良事件发生率、不良事件报告率及患者满意率。结果对照组护理不良事件的发生率为2.95%,观察组为0.34%;对照组不良事件报告率为64.81%,观察组为100.00%;对照组患者满意率为93.26%,观察组为98.83%,两组数据比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 JCI评审标准的不良事件管理方法,可有效降低护理不良事件的发生,提升护理质量,确保患者安全。

Objective To explore the application of JCI evaluation standard in nursing adverse events management in department of cardiology,in order to improve the quality of nursing and to ensure patient safety. Methods Since March 2014,our hospital has introduced JCI accreditation standards,in the first year（2013）,a total of 1 825 patients were enrolled as control group receiving the traditional way of management. 2 894 patients were treated as the observation group after the introduction of JCI criteria in 2015,the application of JCI criteria in the observation group to adverse event management requirements taking a series of interventions,the incidence of adverse events was compared between two groups,adverse event reporting rate and patient satisfaction rate. Results The incidence of adverse events was 2.95% in the control group,the observation group was 0.34%. The adverse event rate was 64.81% in the control group,the observation group was 100.00%. The satisfaction rate of the control group was 93.26%,the observation group was 98.83%. Two groups of data comparison,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion JCI evaluation criteria for adverse event management,which can effectively reduce the occurrence of nursing adverse events,to improve the quality of nursing, to ensure patient safety.
