整体护理对胃出血患者疾病控制及护理满意度的影响

The Effect of Holistic Nursing on Disease Control and Nursing Satisfaction of Patients With Gastric Bleeding

目的研究整体护理对胃出血患者疾病控制及护理满意度的影响。方法选取我院收治的86例胃出血患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组应用整体护理,对照组应用常规护理,对两组患者的疾病控制情况及护理满意度进行比较。结果实验组临床症状消失时间及住院时间均短于对照组,护理满意度评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论整体护理应用于胃出血患者中,能够缩短临床症状消失的时间及住院时间,提高护理满意度。

Objective To study the effect of holistic nursing care on disease control and nursing satisfaction of patients with gastric bleeding. Methods 86 cases of patients with gastric hemorrhage in our hospital as the research object and were divided into experimental group and control group,experimental group had application of holistic nursing,the control group was used about conventional nursing,to compare two groups of patients with the disease control and nursing satisfaction. Results In the experimental group,the clinical symptoms disappeared time and hospitalization time were shorter than the control group,the nursing satisfaction score was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.01）. ConclusionHolistic nursing in patients with gastric bleeding,which can shorten the time of clinical symptoms disappear and hospital stay,improve nursing satisfaction.
