预防脑卒中患者并发坠积性肺炎的护理方法

Nursing Method for Preventing Stroke Patients Complicated With Falling and Accumulating Pneumonia

目的探讨预防脑卒中患者并发坠积性肺炎的护理方法。方法选取我院脑卒中患者作为研究对象,将其分为研究组和对照组,每组各100例。两组基础护理相同,研究组患者入院后,护士通过查阅文献,对患者吞咽功能、呼吸功能、发音功能等方面进行锻炼,以预防坠积性肺炎的发生。对比(1)两组住院期间坠积性肺炎和肺部感染发生率。(2)两组患者对护士护理满意度。结果两组住院期间坠积性肺炎和肺部感染发生率,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脑卒中患者极易发生坠积性肺炎,护士需要从多方面着手,以减少坠积性肺炎的发生。

Objective To explore the nursing methods of preventing stroke patients complicated with falling accumulation pneumonia. Methods The patients with stroke in our hospital were divided into study group and control group,100 cases in each group. Two groups of basic nursing,the study group patients admitted to hospital,the nurses through access to the literature,the patient＇s swallowing function,respiratory function,pronunciation function and other aspects of exercise,in order to prevent the occurrence of falling. Comparison（1）of the two groups in the hospital during the falling accumulation of pneumonia and pulmonary infection rate.（2）two groups of patients on nursing satisfaction. Results There was a difference between the two groups in the incidence of falling and pneumonia and pulmonary infection during the period of hospitalization（P〈0.05）. Conclusion In patients with stroke,the incidence of falls is very easy to occur. The nurses need to start from various aspects to reduce the incidence of falling.
