专科门诊护理在糖尿病患者病情控制中的应用效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Nursing Care in Patients With Diabetes Mellitus

目的探讨糖尿病患者实施专科门诊护理的临床价值及可行性。方法随机将我院2014年1月~2016年1月诊治的140例糖尿病患者分为实施专科门诊护理的观察组患者（n=70）及实施常规护理干预的对照组患者（n=70）,对两组患者护理干预前后血糖指标的变化情况、护理依从性及生活质量评分等指标进行观察和统计。结果观察组护理干预前后血糖指标变化水平优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组护理依从性及生活质量评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论专科门诊护理应用于糖尿病患者临床护理中的效果显著,可以有效地控制和缓解糖尿病患者病情,提高患者的生活质量。

Objective To explore the clinical value and feasibility of outpatient nursing in patients with diabetes mellitus. Methods 140 cases of patients with diabetes mellitus in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2016 were randomly divided into the observation group（n=70）and the control group（n=70）. The observation group was given about outpatient nursing, the control group received routine nursing. Two groups of patients before and after the intervention of blood glucose changes, nursing compliance and quality of life scores and other indicators were observed and statistics. ResultsThe change of blood glucose level before and after nursing intervention in the observation group were better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Nursing compliance and quality of life score in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The effect of clinical nursing in the clinical nursing of patients with diabetes mellitus is significant,which can effectively control and alleviate the condition of diabetic patients,to improve the quality of life of patients.
