门诊注射室中护理沟通方法临床探究

Clinical Research on the Method of Nursing Communication in the Outpatient Injection Room

目的探讨门诊注射室中护理沟通方法及效果。方法从2015年7月~2016年7月本院门诊注射室接诊的患者中随机抽取128例,按照接诊先后顺序分为研究组（系统性护理沟通）与对照组（常规护理）。对比两组护理效果。结果两组患者护理投诉率、护理满意度对比,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论在门诊注射室护理中实施系统性护理沟通的效果显著。

Objective To explore the method and effect of nursing communication in outpatient injection room. Methods From July 2015 to July 2016 in our hospital,outpatient injection room admissions of 128 cases patients were randomly selected,in accordance with the reception order,which were divided into the study group（systemic nursing communication） and control group（ routine nursing）,to compare two groups of nursing effect. Results Two groups of patients with nursing complaint rate,nursing satisfaction comparison,the difference wasstatistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The effect of systematic nursing communication in outpatient injection room nursing is significant.
