集束化管理在置管溶栓治疗下肢深静脉血栓形成患者围手术期中的应用

Application of Cluster Management in Perioperative Period of Patients With Lower Extremity Deep Venous Thrombosis Treated With Catheter Thrombolysis

目的置管溶栓治疗下肢深静脉血栓形成患者在围手术期使用集束化护理管理的临床效果。方法选取2014年1月~2015年4月我院行置管溶栓治疗的下肢深静脉血栓形成患者38例作为对照组,给予常规护理;选取2015年5月~2016年4月我院行置管溶栓治疗的下肢深静脉血栓形成患者38例作为观察组,给予集束化护理管理策略。对比两组治疗中导管堵塞情况、住院时间等。结果观察组住院时间短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组中0例患者出现导管堵塞,对照组中2例患者（5.26%）,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论对置管溶栓治疗的下肢深静脉血栓形成患者于围术期使用集束化护理管理,缩短住院时间的效果。

Objective To explore clinical effect of nursing care of patients with lower extremity deep venous thrombosis treated with catheter care during perioperative period. Methods From January 2014 to April 2015,38 cases of patients with lower extremity deep venous thrombosis treated with catheter thrombolysis in our hospital were selected as control group used about routine nursing care. 38 cases of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis patients treated with thrombolytic therapy from May 2015 to April 2016 in our hospital were selected as observation group used by cluster nursing management strategy. The treatment of catheter blockage,hospitalization time were compared. Results The hospitalization time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. In the observation group,0 cases of catheter blockage,control group of 2 patients（5.26%）,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Patients with indwelling thrombolytic therapy of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis in perioperative nursing management,effect of shortening hospitalization time.
