我国农作物抗旱育种技术专利发展现状及思考 被引量:1

The Current Situation and Consideration on the Development of Patent of Crop Drought-resistant Breeding Technology in China

摘要 通过应用INCOPA专利信息平台,从专利角度浅析我国农作物抗旱育种技术发展趋势及现状,并提出相应对策建议,为我国农作物抗旱育种技术发展提供借鉴。经检索,共得到全球农作物抗旱育种技术专利560件,其中国外农作物抗旱育种技术专利466件、我国农作物抗旱育种技术专利94件。结果显示,与国外相比,我国农作物抗旱育种专利技术申请数量较少,申请时间较晚,申请主体以科研院所为主,企业较少,与市场联系不紧密,竞争力较弱。 To provide reference for the development of crop drought-resistance breeding in China, from the perspective of patent, analysis the development trend and current situation of crop drought-resistance breeding in china, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. Application of INCOPA patent information platform as the source of data retrieval. The total number of global crop drought-resistant breeding technology patents is 560, among which, 466 are in foreign countries and 94 are in China. Compared with foreign countries, China is less applications and late application time. The main application is in scientific research institutes and less in enterprises. Not closely linked to the market and weaked competitiveness.
