摘要 食品产地溯源是保障食品安全、保护地区名优特色产品、增强消费者信心的有力措施之一。近红外光谱技术(Near-infrared spectroscopy,NIRS)作为一种绿色、快速、高效、准确的无损检测技术,在食品产地溯源中有着广阔的应用前景。通过介绍近红外光谱技术的基本原理,以及它们在食品产地溯源中的研究现状,旨在推动我国食品安全追溯制度的建立与完善,保障食品行业的市场稳定健康发展,保护消费者合法权益。 The technologies for tracing the geographical origins of food products are very important for effectively assessing the geographical origins and protecting specialty food plx)ducts. As a kind of green, rapid, efficient and accurate nondestructive testing technology, near infrared spectroscopy has broad application prospects in the field of food origin traceability. This paper reviews the basic principle of near infrared spectroscopy, and their research development in food traceability. We hope that this paper can help to promote the establishment and perfection of food origin traceability system in our country, ensure the steady and healthy development of the food market in China, and protect the lawful rights and interests of consumers.
