针对高职院校的食品营养与检测专业的特点和学生学习的特点,为更好地适应高职院校培养技能型人才的培养目标,探讨了"食物营养与配餐"课程的教学思路、教学方法和考核方式等方面,以保证课程教学质量,提高学生的综合能力。

According to the characteristics of Food Nutrition and Detection Speciality and the characteristics of students＇ learning in higher vocational colleges, to better adapt to the objective of talents training of skill talented persons in higher vocational colleges, this paper discusses the teaching idea, teaching method and examination way of Food Nutrition and Catering course, to ensure the quality of teaching and to improve students＇ comprehensive ability.
