摘要 近年来,食品营养安全事件的频发,营养与健康关系的大力宣传,使得人们对养生保健越来越重视,如何培养理论结合实际的营养人才成为了高校的教学重点。为了提高《食品营养学》课程的教学质量,培养符合社会需求的应用型营养人才,从教学内容、手段及实践教学等方面,对食品营养学课程教学进行了改革。实践表明,教学效果良好,可充分锻炼并提高学生分析及解决问题的能力。 In recent years, frequent food safety incidents, the relationship between nutrition and health propaganda,make people pay more and more attention to health and fitness.Theory of how to cultivate practical talents has become the focus of nutrition teaching. In order to improve the quality of food nutrition teaching and cultivate applied talents conforming to the requirements of the society, the paper put into effect at contents, means and teaching practice in food nutrition education. Practice showed that the teaching effect was good, can fully improved students' ability to analyze and solve problems.
