摘要
采用微波法对北虫草多糖的提取工艺进行了研究,以虫草多糖提取率为评价标准,分别以料液比、微波时间、微波功率和微波温度进行单因素试验以及正交优化试验,最终确定微波法提取虫草多糖的最佳工艺条件为:料液比1∶40,微波处理50 min,超声功率60 W,微波温度40℃,此条件下虫草多糖提取率可达1.51%。
The microwaveextraction process of Cordyceps Polysaccharide by controlling the ratio of material to liquid,ultrasonic cleaning, ultrasonic power and ultrasonic temperature were studied through single factor experiments and orthogonal test optimization. Eventually the optimum process conditions of microwave method to extract cordyceps polysaccharide was :liquid ratio 1∶40, microwave treatment 50 min, microwave power60 w, microwave temperature 40 ℃. Under the condition,the yield of polysaccharides obtained by orthogonal test was 1.51%.
